Let’s start with how to Download Mfine from your ThemeForest Account and explain some of the files that you’ll find in the bundle.

To Download Mfine, check the following steps below:

  1. Log in with your ThemeForest account.
  2. Mouse hover your account details and click on Downloads.
  3. Find the Mfine on your purchased list.
  4. Click on the Download Button.
  5. Choose on the list the “All Files & Documentation”.
  6. Also, Download the “License Certificate & Purchase Code” (PDF or Text).

After downloading the main downloaded zip folder, you need to unzip the archive, there are two important files that you’ll find:

  1. mfine.zip
  2. Documentation

mfine.zip – This is the theme folder that needs to be installed in order to run mfine directory core features.

Server Requirement

We highly recommend to have the following configuration on your hosting, if not then you can contact your hosting provider:

  • Running latest WordPress version (example: 4.5 or higher)
  • PHP Version: Recommended: 7.4 or higher
  • MySQL 5.6 or higher

Recommendations for PHP Configuration Limits

Sometimes you may encounter issues that may cause; white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. In order to sort out this kind of issue you have to increase the PHP configurations limits as given below:

  • max_execution_time 300
  • memory_limit 512M
  • post_max_size 100M
  • upload_max_filesize 120M
Installation

OPTION 1: Through Admin Panel

  • From the left-side menu, go to Appearance Themes.
  • From the top, click Add New, and then click the Upload Theme
  • Click Choose File, and locate the theme file mfine.zip, that you downloaded above from ThemeForest.
You must unzip the original zip file and upload only the mfine.zip, or else theme installation will fail with following error “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”.
  • Click Install Now.
  • Go to Appearance Themes and click Activate and this will activate the newly installed theme.al setup

OPTION 2: Manual Process through FTP

  • Log into your hosting space via an FTP software.
  • Unzip the mfine.zip file and ONLY use the extracted theme folder.
  • Upload the extracted mfine theme folder into wp-content themes folder.
  • Activate the newly installed theme by going to Appearance Themes and clicking the Activate button

In the theme options panel you find all the relevant settings of important areas that will make an impact in the functionality and front end of the website. Please don't forget to save the options after doing the changes.

Required pages setup:

Before we move to the other features of the theme, it’s important to note that Mfine has created some standard pages.

These pages should be selected in the theme options.

To add these pages, you can follow the steps below:

One of the important settings given in the theme options is to control the color theme of the website, apart from the default color theme that you will see just after installing the theme here you will find 2 more options:

  1. Pre Defined Color theme: There are 4 predefined color themes you will get, so you can see different color themes in just one click.
  2. Custom Color: If you don't like any of the predefined color themes then you can define your custom colors for the following elements:
  1. Primary color
  2. Secondary Color
  3. Buttons
  4. Links
  5. Footer text etc.

In this panel you will find options to control the doctor public profile page. One of the important options is to enable the profile page style from the available 2 styles. There are some other important features given that you can play around.

Admin can add/edit/delete some of the necessary stuff of the doctor's profile page as shown in the screenshot below.

Mfine theme provides admin to have a separate dashboard environment from the WordPress dashboard, where he can find options related to the theme core features only, so admin can manage the core features of the theme in a neat and clean way. Admin can move back to the WordPress dashboard anytime by clicking the "- To WordPress" link given at the bottom of the left side menu panel.

In this panel admin can see an overview of following stuff:

  1. Revenue
  2. Appointments
  3. Registered Users
  4. Payouts
  5. Feedbacks

Listing of doctors, hospitals, patients:

Admin can see the users registered on the platform, he can have full control over each user's account as admin.

Calendar View of appointments:

Admin can see all the appointments made on the platform in a calendar format. He can filter the appointments by each doctor, so he can choose a doctor from the list of the doctors and see his/her appointments in the calendar.

In the calendar view at the top Todays appointments will be listed. And admin can filter the Todays appointments by following criterias:

  1. Online
  2. Offline
  3. Waiting
  4. Engaged
  5. Done

Emails are a very important feature of any platform, in the Mfine dashboard admin will find an option to edit Emails that will be sent on different actions. There are some keywords given below each email template so the admin can use the desired keywords in the email content while editing the text content of an email, he can also edit the subject of the email.

Email template is given for the following users:

  1. Admin
  2. Patient
  3. Doctor
  4. Hospital

Similar to emails there is an option given to edit the notifications that will be sent on different actions, users can see those notifications in their account after login.

In the screenshot given below you can have a glimpse of the doctor account menu, so you can see which options are available for a doctor to create his profile. Some of the important options are as follows:

  2. fonts — folder with fonts files.
  3. images — folder with images files.

Doctor can see an overview of the revenue generated from his profile in text mode and Graph mode.

  1. The stuffs to create a complete profile like the education & training, honors & awards, experience, languages spoken, articles, faqs, branches, image gallery and video gallery, services, generating available slots for each day for appointments and many more.

A very important feature is given for doctors, where a doctor can create the medical history of a patient in the form of a chart and contains following 4 stuffs:

  1. Vital Signs
  2. Clinical Notes
  3. Medical Records
  4. Treatment Plan

A doctor can manage his availability by generating time slots for each week day.

He can also generate custom time slots for a specific date.

He can also set holidays and day offs.

An entity registered as a hospital on the platform will find options similar to a doctor account, the main difference between doctor and hospital account is the Team Members option, a hospital user will have the option to add following users as Team Members.

The hospital user can divide patients into groups in order to easily filter the patients.

The mfine theme is written in a developer friendly environment so developers can easily customise or extend the code, the most of the forms available in the theme can be extended and customised using filters. No need to worry, because Woocommerce payment option is integrated into the theme so you can use any payment gateway supported by Woocommerce.

Theme uses the Paid Membership Pro Plugin to run the subscription feature of the users registered on the platform. So admin can create membership plans that users can choose from to avail the more features to make their profile more stronger.
