Appointy is a powerful and user-friendly appointment booking plugin for WordPress. It’s designed to help businesses schedule appointments with clients online. 1. First things first, go to Plugins Add New.
2. Upload the booked. zip plugin file and activate the Appointy plugin.

Once the Appointy plugin is activated then following 4 required pages will be created with their respective shortcodes automatically.

5. Staff Dashboard: [appointy-staff-dashboard]

One of the initial tasks you should address is setting up your Availability time slots interval settings like as follows:

1. Start From e.g. 15 (in minutes)
2. End At e.g. 240 (in minutes)
3. Breaks In e.g. 15 (in minutes)

As an example, following figures shown above the slots interval dropdown will show values starting from 00H:15M to 04H:00M breaking in 15 minutes.

Upload logo for email templates, so all the email notifications will have the logo displayed.

Color Settings: You can change the color theme of the booking form including buttons.

You would like to send instant notification of booking made on your website both to your team members and customer via text message to their mobile. For this purpose the Twilio SMS Gateway is integrated into the system, so you need to fill the required credentials to make Twilio SMS API work perfectly.

Notifying users and admin on every action performed on the system is essential. System has option to send three types of notifications:

1. Notification via Email
2. Notification via Text Message to mobile number
3. Notification showing in admin account and customer account

You have flexibility to set content of notification templates for email, sms and direct notification in the account using specific keywords given for each template.

Actions when notification will be sent:

1. Appointment Made
2. Appointment Edited
3. Appointment cancelled
4. Appointment completed
5. Appointment reschedule
6. Generate Invoice
7. Generate giftcard
8. Invoice paid

Every buyer has a question before buying the product whether we can use local payment gateway because popular gateways like Stripe and PayPal are not available in every country. To discard this question we have integrated woocommerce payment option so you can use any payment gateway supported by woocommerce. To make the connectivity of woocommerce checkout process with booking form you need to configure this just in one step with ease. Just create a dummy product with price in the Products section of Woocommerce and select that product in the Woocommerce settings panel of Appointy, that's it.

You will find option to set Sender details including content of footer area in the Invoice

Availability:

You can set time slots for each weekday as global but if you want to set time slots for specific days then you have this option available too.

1. Select multiple days from the calendar
2. Select range of dates

The most important part of a booking system is to add services, it's not just about adding a service with title, description and price, the Appointy system has option to create service using following elements:

1. Service Type: You can create service as hourly or fixed price or a package.
2. Availability: You can set availability of each service as individual by creating time slots for each week day. Also you can turn off specific

weekdays for a service so that service will not be available for that day in the booking calendar. Please note if Availability is disabled for a service then the general settings of Availability will be applicable for that service.

1. Assign staff members: You can assign specific staff member to each service, so customer will able to choose the desired staff during booking.
2. Categories: You can create categories and group services under categories, so it gives more clear understanding of services available on your website to the users so they can filter the services.

Every business has a team of members to run it smoothly. Services can be performed by more than one staff member. So system has option to add staff members and assigning them servies so customers can choose expert during booking a service.

A business may operate in several areas as so they can have multiple stores or branches. Appointy has option to add locations so customers can choose their desired location of service to perform.

Appointy booking system uses third party WordPress plugin to generate Zoom Meeting Links for each booking, we recommend to install this plugin and configure its settings to use this feature. Three options available

1. Redirect After Booking: Redirects user to the specified page useful for Thank You pages after booking.
2. Redirect After Gift Card Payment: Redirects to the page showing Gift Card details purchased with thank you message.
3. Redirect After Invoice Payment: Allows redirection to any specified page, useful for Thank You page after payment of the invoice.

If you want to offer discounts to your customers then you can turn on this option or turn off if not. On top that you can choose between two options to calculate discount on:

1. Total Booking Price: This option will calculate discount on the total booking price (total of all service price selected)
2. Each Service: Price This option will calculate discount on each service price selected

To stimulate your prospects and existing customers for appointment booking, you can offer special discounts for your customers by generating coupons with discount rate. Appointy has given option to generate coupon code by using following elements:

1. Unique code
2. Discount Rate ( Percentage or Fixed )
3. Expiry Date
4. Maximum Usage ( A coupon can not be used after specific limit of usage is reached)
5. Services ( A coupon code can be assigned to specific service, so that code can be used only for that service only and if no service is assigned then it can be used globally)

A business may want to add some taxes to the booking amount so Appointy has the option to create different taxes with different rates to apply on the total booking amount.

You will find option to set content of top and footer area for Gift Card.

This is one of the important and useful features of the Appointy system. It helps to generate more user base for your website as you can create gift cards to avail huge discounts by redeeming these gift cards by users and their friends.

This option will require to fill Google Map API browser key so Google auto suggestion can function for address input.
