Task Hiring Process

The Task Hiring Process allows customers to review applicants and hire the most suitable provider for their posted task. Customers can navigate to the My Tasks section in their dashboard, where they’ll see a list of their posted tasks. Each task shows the number of applicants who have applied.



By clicking on the applicant count, customers can view the full list of applicants along with their profiles and proposals. Once they find a desirable provider, they can click the "Book Now" button next to that applicant.



This redirects them to the Task Booking Page, where they can:

  1. Select a suitable time slot for the task.
  2. Click Next to fill in their personal and task details.
  3. Proceed to Checkout for paid tasks, or complete a Free Booking if no payment is required.

This process ensures a smooth and direct way for customers to manage applications and hire providers efficiently.
