Signup Process

Theme includes a user-friendly signup system that allows users to register under three different roles: Provider, Customer, and Candidate.

How to Sign Up

1. Click on the Signup Button

  1. A Signup button is available at the top of the website.
  2. Clicking the button will open a popup registration form.


2. Choose Your Role

  1. The popup includes three tabs:
    Provider
    Customer
    Candidate
  2. Select the appropriate tab based on your role.






3. Fill in the Registration Form

  1. Each tab contains a dedicated signup form tailored to the selected user type.
  2. Fill in all the required fields such as name, email, password, etc.

4. Submit the Form

  1. After completing the form, click the Register button.
  2. The system will automatically create an account based on the selected role.

Once registered, users will be redirected to their respective dashboards or receive a confirmation message, depending on how the system is configured.

Admin – Create Provider/Customer

Admins have the ability to manually create Provider or Customer accounts directly from the WordPress dashboard.

  • Navigate to Users > Add New in the WordPress admin panel.
  • Fill in the basic details such as Username, Email, Password, and select the User Role (Provider or Customer).
  • Optionally, fill in additional profile information and assign any relevant user meta fields.
  • Once saved, the new user will be created and can log in with the credentials provided.
