1. Invoice

  1. This section displays a list of all invoices associated with the provider.
  2. Providers can manually add new invoices using a form.
  3. The invoice is saved and shown in the invoice list.
  4. An optional notification can be sent to the customer.
  5. Customers can view and pay the invoice from their dashboard.


2. Featured

The Featured section allows service providers to request promotional visibility on the platform by becoming a Featured User. Featured users are prioritized in listings, receive a badge, and may appear in premium areas of the site.

  1. Submit a Featured Request

    1. Providers can submit a request becoming featured with Number of Days to Be Featured.


  2. Admin Review & Pricing

    1. Admin receives the request and sets a custom price based on the number of days or other criteria.
    2. Admin can approve or reject the request.


  3. Provider Makes Payment

    1. Once approved, the provider sees the assigned price and proceeds to make payment.
    2. After successful payment, the provider becomes a Featured User for the selected duration.


  4. Featured Status Activation

    1. A timer starts counting from the payment date.
    2. After the chosen number of days, the featured status automatically expires.


3. Upgrade Account

  1. Upgrade your plan or account to unlock premium features.
  2. Compare available packages and select what suits you best.
