After Booking Process

Once a booking is completed, customers can manage and follow up on it directly from their dashboard.

  • Customers can go to the “Bookings” section to view a list of all their bookings.
  • From there, they can click on a booking to see its details, including time, provider information, and service booked.
  • Customers have the option to mark the booking as complete once the service has been delivered or cancel the booking if needed.





  • After marking a booking as complete, a feedback form becomes available where the customer can rate the provider and leave a written review based on their experience.



This ensures transparency and builds trust between customers and providers through verified reviews.
