After Booking Process
Once a booking is completed, customers can manage and follow up on it directly from their dashboard.
- Customers can go to the “Bookings” section to view a list of all their bookings.
- From there, they can click on a booking to see its details, including time, provider information, and service booked.
- Customers have the option to mark the booking as complete once the service has been delivered or cancel the booking if needed.
- After marking a booking as complete, a feedback form becomes available where the customer can rate the provider and leave a written review based on their experience.
This ensures transparency and builds trust between customers and providers through verified reviews.
