Appointments

The SpaClub WordPress Theme provides a complete Appointment Management system that allows administrators to view, manage, update, and track all customer bookings in one place. From this section, you can monitor appointment status, payment details, assigned staff, and service schedules.

1. Access Appointments

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to SpaClub > Appointment.
  3. Click on the Appointments menu.
  4. You will see a list of all appointments created on your website.

2. Appointments Listing

The appointments listing page displays all bookings in a structured table format for easy management.

  • Ref ID – Unique appointment reference number.
  • Appointment Made On – Date when the appointment was created.
  • Customer Name – Name of the customer who booked the service.
  • Services Booked – Services included in the appointment.
  • Payment Mode – Online or Offline payment method.
  • Payment Status – Paid or Not Paid.
  • Total Amount – Total appointment cost.
  • Action – Options to manage the appointment.

Use the Search box or pagination controls to quickly find specific appointments.

Click the View Details option from the action menu to open the appointment details page.

3. Appointment Details

The Appointment Details page provides complete information about a specific booking, including customer details, services, payment status, and actions.

Customer Information

  • Appointment Ref ID
  • Customer Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Service Location

Service Details

  • Service Name
  • Date & Time
  • Service Duration
  • Service Amount
  • Current Status (In Process, Completed, Cancelled)

Payment Details

  • Payment Mode – Online or Offline.
  • Payment Status – Paid or Not Paid.
  • Total Amount

4. Appointment Actions

From the appointment details page, administrators can perform the following actions:

  • Assign to Member – Assign the appointment to a staff member.
  • Edit Date & Time – Modify the appointment schedule.
  • Mark as Complete – Mark the service as completed.
  • Cancel Service – Cancel the appointment.
  • Mark as Payment Received – Update payment status manually.

These actions help administrators manage appointment flow efficiently and keep records up to date.

5. Navigation

  • Use the Back button to return to the appointments list.
  • All changes are applied immediately after confirmation.

Tip: Always verify payment status before marking an appointment as completed.
