Coupons

The SpaClub WordPress Theme includes a built-in Coupon Management system that allows you to create discount codes for appointments. These coupons can be applied by customers directly during the appointment booking process on the frontend.

1. Access Coupons

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to SpaClub > Coupons.
  3. You will see a list of all available coupon codes.

The coupons list displays the coupon code, discount value, usage limit, number of times used, current status, and available actions.

2. Add a New Coupon

  1. Click on the Add Coupon button.
  2. A form will appear to create a new coupon.

3. Coupon Fields

Fill in the following details to create a coupon:

  • Coupon Code – A unique code that customers will enter during booking.
  • Discount – Discount value (percentage or fixed amount).
  • Usage Limit – Maximum number of times the coupon can be used.
  • Status – Enable or disable the coupon.

Once the usage limit is reached, the coupon will automatically become invalid.

4. Save Coupon

  • After entering all required details, click Save Changes.
  • The coupon will appear in the coupons list and will be ready for use.

5. How Customers Use Coupons on the Frontend

Customers can apply coupon codes directly while booking an appointment from the frontend appointment form.

  1. Customer selects a service and proceeds to the appointment booking page.
  2. In the Booking Summary panel, the option “Do You Have Coupon Code?” is displayed.
  3. Customer enters the coupon code in the Coupon Code field.
  4. Click on the Verify button.
  5. If the coupon is valid, the discount is applied instantly to the total amount.

The updated total amount is reflected immediately in the booking summary before completing the appointment.

6. Manage Coupons

From the coupons list, you can:

  • Edit existing coupon codes.
  • Enable or disable coupons.
  • Delete unused or expired coupons.
  • Monitor how many times a coupon has been used.

Note: Coupons can only be applied during the appointment booking process and cannot be applied after an appointment is confirmed.

Tip: Use coupons for seasonal offers, first-time customer discounts, or promotional campaigns to increase bookings.
