Services Management

The SpaCLub WordPress Theme provides a powerful Service Management system that allows you to create, manage, and organize services offered by your spa or salon. Services are the core of the appointment booking system and are displayed directly on the frontend appointment form for customers to browse and book.

1. Access Services

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to SpaClub > Services.
  3. You will see a list of all existing services.

From this screen, you can manage service titles, categories, pricing types, and staff assignments.

2. Services List Overview

Each service entry displays the following information:

  • Title – Name of the service.
  • Category – Assigned service category and subcategory.
  • Type – Pricing model (Hourly, Fixed, or Package).
  • Action – Options to edit or manage the service.

Use the Add Service button to create new services.

3. Add New Service

  1. Click on the Add Service button.
  2. You will be redirected to the Add Service configuration page.

4. Basic Service Information

Start by entering the core details of your service:

  • Service Title – Name displayed on the frontend booking form.
  • Thumbnail – Service image shown to customers.
  • Service Description – Detailed explanation of the service.

5. Extra & Multi-Date Service

  • Extra Service – Enable if this service can be added as an optional extra.
  • Multi Date Service – Enable if the service spans multiple dates.

6. Assign Staff Members

Staff members must be assigned to a service in order to appear during booking.

  • Select one or more staff members who can perform the service.
  • Filter staff by location if multiple locations are enabled.

Only assigned staff members will be shown on the frontend when customers book this service.

7. Select Service Categories

Services are organized using categories and subcategories for easy browsing on the frontend appointment form.

  • Select a Category (for example: Body Treatments, Wellness).
  • Select a Child Category if available.

Categories can be managed from Services > Service Categories.

8. Recurring Appointment

You can allow services to be booked as recurring appointments.

  • Enable or disable recurring booking.
  • Select frequency: Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, or Bimonthly.

9. Service Availability

Define service-specific availability within global availability rules.

  • Enable or disable service availability.
  • Set start and end times for each weekday.
  • Service hours must fall within global availability limits.

10. Service Type

SpaClub supports multiple pricing models:

  • Hourly – Pricing based on duration.
  • Fixed Price – One fixed service cost.
  • Package – Combined services with duration.

11. Pricing & Duration

  • Set Sale Price and Regular Price.
  • Define service duration using hour and minute sliders.
  • Add pricing by location if enabled.

12. How Services Appear on Frontend Appointment Form

On the frontend appointment form:

  • Services are displayed based on selected categories.
  • Customers can filter services by category or subcategory.
  • Each service shows name, type, duration, and price.
  • Customers can click Show Details or Book to proceed.

Only active services with valid pricing, availability, and assigned staff members are shown.

13. Save Service

  • Review all entered information.
  • Click Save Changes to publish the service.
