Staff Members
The SpaClub WordPress Theme includes a powerful Staff Management system that allows you to create staff profiles and assign them to specific services. Assigned staff members are displayed on the frontend appointment form, allowing customers to choose their preferred staff member while booking.
1. Access Staff Management
- Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to SpaClub > Appointments.
- Click on the Staff menu.
- You will see a list of all created staff members.
This page displays all staff members along with their basic details such as name, email, phone number, and available actions.
2. Staff List Overview
The staff list table includes the following columns:
- Staff Name – Full name of the staff member.
- Email – Registered email address.
- Phone – Contact number.
- Action – Options to edit or manage the staff member.

You can search for staff members using the search box or navigate through the list using pagination controls.
3. Add New Staff Member
To create a new staff member, click the Add Staff button located at the top-right corner of the page.
A popup form will appear where you can enter staff details.

4. Staff Information Fields
The following fields are available when adding or editing a staff member:
- First Name – Staff member’s first name.
- Last Name – Staff member’s last name.
- Username – Unique username for login.
- Email Address – Used for login and appointment notifications.
- Contact No – Phone number of the staff member.
- Designation – Job title or role.
- Password – Login password.
- Confirm Password – Re-enter password for confirmation.
- Profile Image – Upload a staff profile photo.
All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
5. Assign Staff to Services
After creating staff members, they must be assigned to services to appear on the frontend appointment form.
- Go to SpaClub > Services.
- Edit or add a service.
- Scroll to the Staff Members section.
- Select one or more staff members for that service.
- Click Save Changes.
Only staff members selected for a service will be available for booking under that service.

6. Staff Selection on Frontend Appointment Form
When a customer selects a service on the frontend appointment form:
- All staff members assigned to that service are displayed.
- Customers can choose a specific staff member or select Any Member.
- The selected staff member will be assigned to the appointment automatically.
This ensures proper staff availability management and avoids double bookings.

7. Upload Staff Image
You can upload a profile image for each staff member using the Upload Image option. This image is shown on the frontend appointment form, helping customers identify staff visually.
8. Save or Cancel
- Click Save Changes to add or update the staff member.
- Click Close to exit without saving.
Once saved and assigned to services, staff members will automatically appear in the booking flow.
Tip: Assign staff carefully to each service to ensure accurate availability and a smooth booking experience for customers.
