Locations
The SpaCLub WordPress Theme allows you to manage multiple business locations from a single dashboard. Locations are used while assigning services, staff members, and appointments, making it easy to operate multi-branch spa or salon businesses.
1. Access Locations
- Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to SpaClub > Locations.
- You will see a list of all existing locations.

The locations list displays important details such as location title, phone number, address, and available actions.
2. Add a New Location
- Click on the Add Location button.
- A popup window will appear with the location form.

3. Location Information Fields
Fill in the following details to create a new location:
- Title – Location name (e.g. New York, Chicago, San Antonio).
- Phone – Contact number for the location.
- Description – Optional short description of the location.
- Assign Staff – Select staff members available at this location.
- Country – Select the country.
- State – Select the state.
- City – Select the city.
- Pincode – Postal or ZIP code.
- Latitude & Longitude – Used for map positioning.
- Friendly Address – Display address shown on frontend.
- Maps Location – Exact map location for Google Maps.
- Location Image – Upload an image representing the location.
4. Save Location
- After filling all required fields, click Save Changes.
- The new location will appear in the locations list.
Locations can now be used while creating services, assigning staff members, and booking appointments.
5. Manage Locations
From the locations list, you can:
- Edit existing locations.
- Delete locations.
- Assign or update staff members for a location.
Tip: Always create locations before adding services and staff to ensure smooth appointment booking.
