Import / Export

The Import / Export section in the Carelyst Theme Options allows administrators to create backups of current theme settings or restore them when needed. This tool is especially useful for transferring configuration settings between different websites or creating a quick recovery point before making major changes.

Import Options

You can use this option to restore previously exported theme settings.

  • Import from Clipboard – Paste copied configuration data directly into the field and click Import to restore the settings.
  • Upload File – Upload a saved configuration file to restore all theme option values.
  • Warning: Importing will overwrite all existing option values, so make sure to create a backup first.

Export Options

This option lets you create a backup of your current configuration, which can be used later for restoration or migration.

  • Copy to Clipboard – Copies your current theme settings in text format, which can be saved manually or used for direct import later.
  • Export File – Downloads a configuration file containing all theme settings.

Recommended Usage

  1. Before making significant changes, export your current configuration for safety.
  2. Use the imported settings to quickly replicate the same design and configuration on another site using the Carelyst Theme.
  3. Store exported files securely to ensure easy recovery if needed.
