Availability
The SpaCLub WordPress Theme provides a flexible Availability Management system that allows you to control when services can be booked. You can define weekly working hours, custom schedules for specific dates, and holidays or days off for all members or individual staff.
1. Access Availability Settings
- Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to SpaClub > Appointment.
- Click on the Availability menu.
This page allows you to manage global availability settings for appointments.

2. General Weekly Schedule
The General Weekly Schedule lets you define default working hours for each day of the week.
- Enable or disable availability for each day using the On / Off toggle.
- Set Start Time and End Time for working hours.
- Select the Time Interval (for example, 30 or 60 minutes).
- Click Add Time Period to add multiple working slots for the same day.
These settings define when customers can book appointments during the week.
3. Member-Based Availability
You can manage availability for specific staff members using the Select Member dropdown.
- Select All Members to apply availability globally.
- Select an individual member to customize their working schedule.
This is useful when different staff members have different working hours.
4. Day with Custom Schedule
The Day with Custom Schedule section allows you to override the weekly schedule for specific dates.
- Click Add Day to select a custom date.
- Define unique working hours for that day.
- Custom schedules will take priority over the weekly schedule.

5. Holiday & Day Off
Use the Holiday & Day Off section to block bookings on specific dates.
- Click Add Day to add a holiday or non-working day.
- Appointments will not be available on selected dates.
This is useful for public holidays, vacations, or business closures.

6. Saving Availability Settings
- After configuring availability, click the Save button.
- Your changes will be applied immediately to the booking system.
Tip: Always review availability after making changes to avoid booking conflicts.
