Notification Templates
The SpaCLub WordPress Theme includes a built-in Notification Template system that allows administrators to manage in-app notifications triggered by important events such as appointments, payments, services, and gift cards.
These notifications are displayed inside the SpaClub dashboard and help keep admins, staff members, and users informed in real time.
1. Access Notification Templates
- Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to SpaClub > Appointment.
- Click on the Notification Templates menu.
- You will see a list of all available notification templates.
2. Available Notification Templates
SpaClub provides multiple notification templates for different system actions. Each template can be customized individually.
- Add Feedback
- Generate Giftcard
- Invoice Generate
- Invoice Paid
- New Appointment
- Received Full Payment
- Received Repeat Payment
- Service Cancelled
- Service Completed
- Service Reschedule
- Update Feedback
- Update service staff

Click the Manage button next to any notification to edit its content.
3. Editing a Notification Template
When you click Manage, you will be redirected to the notification edit screen. Each notification contains a description field that defines the message shown in the dashboard.
- Description (Admin) – Notification message visible to administrators.
You can customize the message text using dynamic placeholders to automatically display relevant information.

4. Dynamic Notification Variables
Notification templates support dynamic variables that are replaced with real data when the notification is triggered.
Common available variables include:
%SITETITLE%
%TITLE%
%FROM_NAME%
%FROM_EMAIL%
%RECIPIENT_NAME%
%RECIPIENT_EMAIL%
%VOUCHER_AMOUNT%
%MESSAGE%
%EXPIRY_DATE%
Using these placeholders ensures notifications always show accurate and contextual information.
5. Generate Giftcard Notification
The Generate Giftcard notification is triggered when a gift card is created. This notification typically informs the admin about the gift card generation.
Example message:
Giftcard generated on %SITETITLE%.
6. Saving Changes
- After editing a notification template, click Save Changes.
- Use the Back button to return to the notification list.
Tip: Keep notification messages short and clear for better readability inside the dashboard.
