Customers

The SpaCLub WordPress Theme automatically manages customers through the appointment booking process. Customers are created automatically when an appointment is booked, so there is no need to manually add customers from the admin panel.

1. Access Customers

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to SpaClub > Appointments.
  3. Click on the Customers menu.
  4. You will see a list of all customers created in the system.

This page displays all customers who have booked at least one appointment.

2. Customer List Overview

The customer list table includes the following information:

  • Customer Name – Name entered during appointment booking.
  • Email – Customer email address.
  • Phone – Customer contact number.

You can use the search field to quickly find customers and pagination controls to browse the list.

3. How Customers Are Created

Customers are automatically created when an appointment is booked either from the frontend or backend.

  • No manual customer creation is required.
  • If a customer books multiple appointments using the same email, the system links them to the same customer record.
  • Customer details are reused for future appointments.

4. Customer Data Usage

Customer information is used across multiple system features, including:

  • Appointments and booking history
  • Invoices and payments
  • Email notifications
  • SMS / WhatsApp notifications

5. Managing Customers

Customers cannot be added manually, but their data updates automatically when:

  • A new appointment is created with updated customer details
  • An existing customer books again with the same email address

This ensures customer data remains consistent throughout the system.

Tip: Always ensure customers enter a valid email address during booking, as it is used to identify and link customer records.
