Customer Dashboard Tabs Overview

The SpaClub Appointment System provides a powerful and user-friendly Customer Dashboard. Once a customer logs in, they can manage their profile, appointments, calendar, feedback, Google Calendar integration, and password settings — all from one place.

This page explains each tab available in the customer dashboard using visual references.


1. View / Edit Profile

This tab allows customers to manage their personal information.

  • Update first name, last name, and username
  • Change email address and contact number
  • Select country code and gender
  • Upload or change profile picture
  • Update address details such as street, city, and pincode

2. Appointments

The Appointments tab displays all bookings created by the customer.

  • View upcoming and past appointments
  • See appointment date, time, and service details
  • Check payment status (Online / Offline)
  • Book the same service again using Book Again
  • View appointment details from the action menu

3. Appointment Details

This screen shows detailed information about a selected appointment.

  • Customer and service provider details
  • Service name, duration, and price
  • Tax information and total amount
  • Payment mode and payment status
  • Current appointment status (In Process, Completed, etc.)

4. Calendar

The Calendar tab provides a visual monthly, weekly, and daily view of appointments.

  • See all booked appointments in calendar format
  • Switch between month, week, day, and list views
  • Quickly identify service schedules
  • Navigate between months easily

5. My Feedback

This tab allows customers to view feedback related to completed services.

  • See feedback submitted for services
  • View ratings and comments
  • If no feedback exists, a friendly message is displayed

6. Google Calendar

The Google Calendar tab lets customers synchronize their appointments.

  • Connect customer account with Google Calendar
  • Automatically sync booked appointments
  • Never miss an appointment reminder

7. Change Password

This tab allows customers to securely update their account password.

  • Enter current password
  • Set a new password
  • Confirm and save changes securely
